Four slots, three budgets, twelve picks - each one with the reason it was chosen.
The launch film
The whole thing before the detail - one selfie in, a read of your face and a routine back out. Everything below is how that actually works.
Take it in the app or pull one from your camera roll.
Face shape, skin type, and what is actually flaring up right now.
An AM/PM plan built around that read, not a generic list.
Mostbeautyadviceiswrittenfornobodyinparticular.SaundaryaAIstartsfromyourfaceinstead-itreadsthephoto,nameswhatitsees,showstheevidence,andturnsthatintoaroutineyoucanruntomorrowmorning.
Face shape, skin type, undertone, geometry and symmetry - each with a confidence score, not a guess dressed up as fact.
Every detected concern carries the visual evidence that triggered it and the likely causes behind it.
An AM/PM routine, home remedies, product picks at three budgets, and a week-by-week timeline.
The face scan
The camera opens, you line your face up in the frame, and the scan runs. Concerns come back named, graded for severity, scored for confidence, and paired with the visual evidence that found them.
Faint shadowing under both eyes with slight hollowing at the inner corners.
The app checks for a human face on your phone before anything is uploaded. A photo of a mug never reaches the model.
Server-side, the image gets a sharpness score, contrast-limited enhancement and a resize before it is read.
Each image is hashed. Re-run the same one within 24 hours and the cached report comes straight back.
The first look studies your face. The second writes your plan - and it only ever works from the written notes, never your photo.
What you watch while it runs - the app's own analysis animation.
We make sure a face is clearly in frame and the shot is sharp enough to read, then gently even out the lighting. Blurry or dark photos get flagged before anything else happens.
Face in frame, Photo quality, Lighting evened out
Your face shape, skin type, undertone and proportions are noted down, along with anything the skin is showing - and the visible sign behind each one. If something isn't clear in the photo, it's left blank instead of guessed.
Face summary, Proportions, Skin concerns, Likely causes, Photo tips
Those notes become something you can actually use: a morning and night routine, kitchen remedies, product picks at three budgets, styling calls, and a week-by-week idea of what to expect.
Remedies, Routine, Products, Style, Timeline
Your report goes into your history so you can look back and compare. The photo is kept privately and only ever opened through a link that expires.

Progress
The home screen keeps your last three reports a tap away, history holds the rest, and your stats update on every run.

Drag the handle to compare. Each pair is the same person, same lighting, same camera - only the routine in between is different.

Illustrative projections, not guaranteed outcomes. Results depend on skin type, consistency and the products you actually use.
Pick a palette in Profile and every screen follows. These are screenshots of the app itself.

Curated, categorised, and written for the ingredients people actually have in the kitchen.
15 skincare, 13 haircare, 12 makeup and 10 lifestyle tips.
Skincare
Sunscreen, every day
Use SPF 30 or higher, cloudy days included. It guards against sun damage and helps stop dark spots from forming. Reapply every 3 to 4 hours outdoors.
Haircare
Warm coconut oil
Massage warm coconut oil into your hair 30 minutes before washing. It helps reduce breakage and adds shine.
Makeup
Kajal on the waterline
Line the waterline and smudge a little at the outer corner. It makes the eyes look larger without a hard edge.
Skincare
Vitamin C in the morning
A vitamin C serum under sunscreen brightens skin and adds protection against pollution.
Lifestyle
Move for 30 minutes
Half an hour of exercise a day improves circulation, which is where the post-workout glow comes from.
Makeup
Conceal in a triangle
Apply concealer in an inverted triangle under the eye, not just on the dark circle. It brightens the whole area.
Haircare
Finish with cool water
A cool rinse after conditioner helps the cuticle lie flat, so hair looks shinier.
Skincare
Moisturise damp skin
Apply moisturiser while your skin is still slightly damp. It locks in more water than on dry skin.

Safety and privacy
The limits are written into the system, not bolted on at the end. Here is exactly what they are.
The model is instructed to give cosmetic, aesthetic and grooming observations only. Every report ships with a disclaimer and a plain note on when to see a dermatologist instead.
Home remedies are returned as a set of three fields - what it is, how to use it, and the safety note. The warning is part of the data, so it cannot be dropped in the UI.
Unsure fields come back empty. Brands, products and remedies that are not supported by the read are not allowed to appear at all.
Images live in a private bucket and are served through signed links that expire. Reports are scoped to your account.
Email and password or a social sign-in, tokens that expire on their own, and password recovery by one-time code to your inbox.
Identical photos are answered from cache for 24 hours, so a re-run costs you no credit and no wait.
One payment for a month or a year, through Cashfree, in your own currency. No auto-renewal: you are only charged again if you buy again.
The whole report, once.
₹0one scan, no card
Scan as often as your skin changes.
₹299for 30 days, or ₹2,999 for a year
Prices and plan names are served live from the billing API, so the app always shows the current offer in your currency (₹, $, €, £ or ¥). Free accounts are prompted to upgrade only once the single included analysis has been used.
Each payment buys a fixed month or year. Nothing renews on its own.
The plan is priced in the currency your account is set to.
Payment opens in a secure in-app window and returns you to the app.
When the paid period ends the account falls back to free rather than locking you out.
Saundarya AI is an AI skin analysis and grooming app that reads a single selfie and returns a personalised report: face shape, skin type, detected skin concerns with the visual evidence behind them, a morning and night skincare routine, product picks at three budgets, and an 8-week improvement plan.
A structured report in six sections: an overview of your face summary and geometry, a skin section listing every detected concern with its severity, confidence and the visual evidence behind it, an ordered morning and night routine, style recommendations for hair, glasses, beard and colour, product picks across three budgets, and a week-by-week improvement timeline. Photo tips and profile-picture scores come with it.
No, and it is built not to be. The model is restricted to cosmetic, aesthetic and grooming observations and is explicitly instructed not to diagnose conditions. Every report includes a disclaimer and a note on when to see a dermatologist. Treat it as a well-informed starting point, not a clinical opinion.
Around forty to sixty seconds. The image preparation is near-instant, then the vision pass takes roughly twenty to thirty seconds and the recommendation pass about the same. The app shows you which step it is on the whole way through.
It is uploaded to a private bucket and referenced from your report through a signed link that expires on its own. Your history is scoped to your account. Photos are not used to build anyone else's report.
The app runs a face check on your phone before uploading anything, so a photo without a face never leaves the device. Server-side the image is checked again, scored for sharpness, enhanced and resized. If no face is found you get told plainly, with the four things to fix: a clear photo of a person, good lighting, the face visible, and nothing covering it.
Every field that can be uncertain carries a confidence score, and the overall report carries one too. The model is instructed to leave a field empty rather than guess, and to log subtle signs at low confidence rather than omit them. You always see how sure it is, which matters more than a single accuracy number.
Yes. Beard shape, length and edge lines are part of the style section, and sections that do not apply to you are left out rather than filled with filler.
Yes, because your history, stats and plan are tied to it. Sign up with an email and password or use a social sign-in. If you forget your password, a one-time code goes to your inbox and you set a new one.
The first complete analysis is free, with no card. After that, Premium is a one-time pass with no auto-renewal: ₹299 for 30 days with 45 analyses, or ₹2,999 for 365 days with unlimited analyses. Outside India the pass is priced in your own currency, and the exact amount is shown before you pay.
There is an Android app on Google Play. There is no iPhone app yet: on an iPhone, or on any computer, the web app at saundaryaai.com runs the same scan in the browser.
Find out in about a minute. The first report is free.
